摘要
目的了解中学生危险行为现状,包括艾滋病及性行为的知识态度行为现状,为开展预防及干预提供依据。方法采取分层整群抽样方法,采用"上海市青少年健康相关行为调查问卷",对上海市浦东新区5 641名中学生进行问卷调查。结果浦东新区中学生艾滋病知晓率为96.84%,52.72%的学生了解艾滋病传播途径,艾滋病知识的主要来源包括学校(38.29%)、同学和朋友(15.81%)、电视广播杂志书刊(15.52%)、网络(9.13%)和家长(8.85%)。36.02%的调查对象反对隔离艾滋病患者,对艾滋病病毒感染者存在偏见、疏远、歧视的态度。结论在中学生中开展正确系统的性知识和预防艾滋病知识的健康教育,并加强对中学生性态度、性行为的引导是必要的。
[ Objective] To know the current situation of risk behaviors, including knowledge, attitude and behavior of HIV/AIDS and sexual behaviors, provide the evidence for prevention and intervention. [ Methods] 5 641 middle school students were selected from Pudong New Area of Shanghai by stratified cluster sampling method, and investigated by Health-related behaviors questionnaire for Shanghai adolescents. [ Results] The awareness rate of HIV/AIDS knowledge was 96.84% among middle school students in Pudong New Area, and 52.72% of students knew about the transmission route of HIV/AIDS. The major sources of HIV/AIDS knowledge were school （38.29% ） , classmates and friends （ 15.81% ） , TV/radio/newspaper/magazine （ 15.52% ）, internet （9.13%） and parents （8.85%）. 36.02% of the subjects showed the opposition to the isolation of AIDS patients. There existed prejudice, alienation and discrimination attitude toward HIV infections. [ Conclusion] It is necessary to carry out the systematic health educa- tion about sexual knowledge and HIV/AIDS prevention knowledge among middle school students, and strengthen the guidance of sexual attitude and behavior in adolescents.
