芪明颗粒对老年单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效及血清中VEGF和IGF-1的影响 被引量:11

Effect observation and changes of VEGF and IGF-1 detection by Qiming Granule in elderly patients with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy

摘要 目的观察芪明颗粒对老年单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变患者的临床疗效及对血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)的影响。方法收集我院诊治的单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变的老年患者,共136例,分为两组,对照组(68例)在常规基础上加用复方血栓通片治疗,观察组(68例)在常规基础上加用芪明颗粒进行治疗。观察两组的疗效及对血清中VEGF和IGF-1的影响。结果观察组的显效率明显高于对照组(χ2=5.2248,P<0.05),两组治疗后血清中VEGF和IGF-1的表达均下降(P<0.05),但是观察组血清中VEGF和IGF-1的下降值均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。药物应用过程中未见明显不良反应。结论应用芪明颗粒治疗老年人单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变疗效明显,对血清中VEGF和IGF-1的表达有下调作用。 Objective To observe curative effect and changes of VEGF and IGF-1 in elderly patients with non-prolif- erative diabetic retinopathy by Qiming granule. Methods A total of 136 elderly patients with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy were divided into two groups. The control groupwere treated by normal method and Xueshuantong tablets. The observation group with 68 cases in each were treated by normal method and Qiming Granule. The effect and changes of VEGF and IGF-1 were observed in two groups. Results The effective rate was obviously higher in the ob- servation group than in the control group. The expressions of VEGF and IGF-1 were obviously lower in the observa- tion group than in the control group after treatment. The obvious adverse reaction had not been found in the observa- tion group. Conclusion The treatment of Qiming granule can improve the curative effect, regulate expressions of VEGF and IGF-1 in elderly patients with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy.
