microRNA在预防医学中的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一类由内源基因编码的长度约为22个核苷酸的非编码单链RNA分子,它们在动植物中参与转录后基因表达调控。作者对miRNA在职业毒理学、环境毒理学、食品毒理学、放射毒理学和卫生学方面的国内外研究进展作一综述。
