摘要
运用DEA方法测算了2005~ 2009年我国各地区的工业绿色增长指数,并运用随机效应的面板Tobit模型分析其影响因素.结果表明:广东省的工业绿色增长指数平均值最高,宁夏最低;东部地区最高,西部地区最低;东部地区提高幅度最小,中部地区提高幅度最大;地方经济发展对工业绿色增长有着不显著的正向影响,重工业化的结构有着不显著的负向影响,地区科技水平和地方政府对环境保护的支持力度均有着显著的正向影响.
This paper, with DEA model, calculates industrial green growth index by region in China from 2005 to 2009, an- alyzes its influencing factors based on Random -effects Tobit model. The result shows that: the industrial green growth index of Guangdong ranks first, and Ningxia ranks last; that in the east is highest, while that in the west is lowest; the east increases at lowest level, while the mid increases most rapidly. The gap of two regions becomes smaller because the mid pays more attention to environment protection and saving resources. Among the influencing factors, the regional economic development has insignificantly positive effect on industrial green growth index, the proportion of heavy industry has insignificantly negative effect, regional scientific and technological level, and regional government investment in environment protection both have significantly positive effect.
