摘要
采用广角 X光衍射 (WAXD)、傅利叶变换红外光谱 (FT- IR)、差示扫描量热 (DSC)等方法 ,对丙烯腈 -酪素接枝共聚物 (AN- g- Casein)的形态结构、构象、序态及特征放热行为进行了研究。结果显示 ,在接枝共聚物中酪素主要以无定形存在 ;接枝前酪素大多以 β折叠构象存在 ,接枝后酪素转变为以无规线团及 α螺旋构象存在于接枝共聚物中 ;溶胀 DSC表明 ,以准晶存在于接枝共聚物中的支链聚丙烯腈 (PAN) ,其序态随酪素含量的增多而略有降低 ,且序态分布随酪素含量增高而变宽 ,接枝共聚物热性能的研究发现 ,在 2 2 0~ 330℃间产生的放热行为 。
Morphology, constellation, lateral order and special exothermic behavior of AN Casein graft copolymer were studied by WAXD, FT IR, DSC etc. The result showed that the major part of casein in graft copolymer is amorphous. Casein exists mainly in β folding constellation before copolymerization. However, it changes into a spiral constellation or random ball after graft reaction. The swelling DS determination showed that the lateral order of PAN, the side chain of copolymer, decreases slightly with the increase of the casein component, and the lateral order distribution become wider with the increase of casein percent in copolymer. The thermal propeties of copolymer showed that the special exothermic behavior between 220 ℃ to 330 ℃ was resulted from the cyclization.
