摘要
目的探讨前列腺癌组织中IGF-1、PCNA、Caspase3的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学染色法(PV9000法)检测正常前列腺(10例)及前列腺癌组织(42例)中IGF-1、PCNA和Caspase3的阳性表达率。结果 (1)正常前列腺组IGF-1及PCNA阳性表达率较前列腺癌组表达明显减弱(P<0.05);正常前列腺组Caspase3阳性表达率较前列腺癌组明显增加(P<0.05)。(2)PCNA和IGF-1的表达随着前列腺癌病理分级和临床分期增加而升高,Caspase3的表达随着前列腺癌病理分级和临床分期增加而减少。结论 (1)前列腺癌IGF-1的表达异常增高与前列腺癌的发生发展密切相关,检测IGF-1、PCNA、Caspase3的表达可作为前列腺癌诊断和预后判断的一项参考指标。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1), proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and Caspase3 in human prostatic carcinoma tissues. Methods The expression of PCNA, Caspase3, IGF-1 were observed by immunohistochemical PV9000 methods in normal prostate and prostatic carcinoma tissues. Results (I) The positive expression rates of IGF-1 and PCNA in normal prostate were significantly lower than those of prostate carcinoma (P〈0.05), and the positive expression rates of Caspase3 in normal prostate significantly were significantly higher than that of prostate carcinoma (P〈0.05). (2) The expression of IGF-1 and PCNA were increased as the increasing of clinical stage and pathological grade. On the contrary, the expres- sion of Caspase3 was decreased as the increasing of clinical stage and pathological grade. Conclusion The extremely high expression of IGF-1 may play a pivotal role in tumorigenesis and progression in prostate carcinoma. The expres- sion ofIGF-1, PCNA and Caspase3 may serves as an indicator for the diagnosis and prognosis of prostate carcinoma.
