摘要
在化学诱导结肠炎相关性结肠癌模型中,氧化偶氮甲烷(Azoxymethane,AOM)/葡聚糖硫酸钠(Dextran sodium sulfate,DSS)可以大大缩短结肠炎诱导癌变的时间,重现人类结直肠癌隐窝病灶-腺瘤-腺癌发展顺序。由于AOM/DSS模型重现率高,以及简单的造模方法,已成为化学预防研究的典型造模方法。本文从AOM/DSS动物模型、炎症相关性癌症及结直肠癌中AOM/DSS模型的应用、结直肠癌组织学三个方面对炎症相关性结直肠癌作一综述。
Among the chemically induced CRC models, the combination of a single hit of azoxymethane (AOM) to the inflammatory agent dextran sodium sulpate (DSS) in rodents has proven to dramatically shorten the la- tency time for induction of CRC and to rapidly recapitulate the aberrant crypt ofci-adenoma-careinoma sequence that occurs in human CRC. Because of its high reproducibility and potency, as well as the simple and affordable mode of application, the AOM/DSS has become an outstanding model for studying colon carcinogenesis and apowerful plat- form for chemopeventice intervention studies. This review briefly summarizes the current advances in the AOM/DSS model, inflammation and tumorigenesis in the AOM/DSS, as well as histogenesis of CRC in the AOM/DSS model.
