摘要
蔡元培与郭秉文是中国近代高等教育史上同时期的两位重要教育家,二人办学思想各具特色,但在完全人格培养、注重学术、教育自治、加强基础学科建设方面具有共性。这为我国高等教育在大学管理、人才培养、学科建设、大学职能等方面的改革指明了方向。
Cai Yuanpei and Guo Bingwen were contemporaneous important educators in China＇ s modern history of higher education. Though their educational thoughts had different characteristics, they had something in common in complete personality development, focus on academic, educational autonomy and strengthening construction of bas- ic disciplines. These similarities point out the direction of our higher educational reform in university management, personnel training, construction of disciplines and the functions of university.
