摘要
通过分析河北省城镇化进程中违反可持续性发展原则的问题,并提出了以解决这些问题为契机,利用城镇化过程控制人口增长、保证农业与粮食安全、保护生态环境、优化产业结构、加强文化产业与第三产业,最终实现大、中城市与特色小城镇共同繁荣,实现农民真正城镇化等一系列合理化建议,为我省的可持续城镇化发展提供参考。
By analyzing the violating phenomenon of the sustainable urbanization of in Hebei province,and put forward a series of reasonable Suggestions to solve these problems,the government can control the population growth,ensure the agriculture and food security,optimized the industrial structure,strengthen the cultural industry and tertiary industry by the means of urbanization,finally to realize the common prosperity of the large,medium cities and the characteristics towns,and to realize the real urbanization of farmers.This paper provides a reference on the sustainable urbanization of in Hebei province.
