摘要
本文提出一种异型布置钢筋混凝土剪力墙高层结构体系,建立了三维异型布置剪力墙模型。考虑空间作用效应、楼板连梁延性影响,对这种新型结构进行了三维抗震非线性有限元分析,并与试验结果进行了比较研究。结果表明,与传统双肢剪力墙结构相比,新型异型布置剪力墙结构同时具有整体抗侧刚度大、抗震能力强、使用空间大等优点,是一种结构性能、建筑性能、经济技术优良的新型剪力墙,工程应用前景广阔。
:In this paper, a new tall building structure (skip-floor staggered shear wall structure) is presented. In order to study its spatial nonlinear properties, based on a 3D nonlinear FEM analysis model, the 3D seismic nonlinear analysis is carried out considering both spatial effect and influence of slab and connecting beam. According to the result of nonlinear analysis and experiment study, this new structural system has good economic benefits and better structural behavior. Comparing with traditional coupled shear wall structure, the skip-floor staggered shear wall structure has superiority in many respects, such as providing bigger space and lateral stiffness, reducing seismic force, etc. Therefore, this new structural system has wide applications.
