摘要
关于P91的相关研究报道已屡见不鲜,但鲜有P91钢管壁厚在13 mm以内的生产工艺研究。本文主要介绍浙江格洛斯无缝钢管有限公司研制生产大直径薄壁管P91508 mm×12.7 mm的过程,最终选定"精密斜轧+冷拔+抛光"的工艺流程,以提高合格率。同时,对P91钢管性能离散的原因进行分析,通过调整热处理工艺,将正火保温时间延长、增加回火保温时间以及排除现场异常因素,使P91钢管的性能恢复到正常稳定水平。
Correlational studies on P91 has been common occurance, but few study on production process of P91 steel tube within thickness 13 mm. This paper mainly introduces production process of large diame- ter thin walled tube P91 (Фb508 mm x 12.7 mm) which is developed by Zhejiang Geluosi Seamless Steel Tube Co. , Ltd.. Finaly technological flows of "precision skew roiling + cold drawing + polishing" is se- lected so as to improve the tube are analyzed. Through , increasing tempering time tube recovers to the normal qualified rate. At the same time, the discrete causes of properties of P91 steel adjusting the heat treatment process, extending the holding time of normalizing and removalling abnomal factors at the scene, the performance of P91 steel stability level.
