摘要
选取25Cr3MoA钢为研究对象,采用不同的机加工方式结合干湿吹砂的方法,制备了不同表面粗糙度的25Cr3MoA钢试样。测量钢的表面粗糙度,然后对不同粗糙度的钢进行氮化处理。测量显微维氏硬度和观察氮化层,研究粗糙度对氮化层深度和组织的影响,分析产生不同差异的原因。
25Cr3MoA steel was chosen as object of study in this paper. Different machining technologies combing with dry or wet sand blowing were used to prepare 25Cr3MoA steel sample with different surface roughness. The surface roughness of steel was tested, then steel with different surface roughness was nitri- ded. Vickers hardness was tested and the nitride case was observed. Effect of surface roughness on depth and microstructure of nitride case were researched, and reasons of differences were analyzed.
