摘要
目的通过辨证施治,结合现代西医临床分类,探讨急性腰扭伤的临床推拿治疗效果。方法收集整理笔者在2008—2012年间,门诊推拿治疗的急性腰扭伤38例患者。结果治愈20例(78.95%),其中一次治愈6例(30%);好转7例(21.05%),总有效率100%。结论辨证施治结合临床分类治疗急性腰扭伤治疗效果显著。
Objective To study the efficacy of syndrome differentiation combined with clinical classification in the treatment of a- cute lumbar sprain. Methods 38 cases of patients with acute lumbar sprain admitted in outpatient department from 2008 to 2012 were treated with massage therapy were collected. Results 20 cases were cured（78.95%）, of which, 6 cases were cured for one time （30%）; 7 cases were improved （21.05%）. The total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion Syndrome differentiation combined with clinical classification has remarkable effects on acute lumbar sprain.
