摘要 传统的教师培养培训模式在终身学习背景下出现了许多弊端,不利于教师的专业发展。教师作为成人,其学习具有明确的目的指向性、职业实用性显著、学习内容和学习方式广泛多元、关注现实情境和持续性等特性。应在尊重这些学习特性的基础上,从学习目标、学习内容和方式、学习结果与评价等方面重新建构幼儿园教师的学习框架,努力为他们创造有意义的学习经历,促进其专业发展。 The article tried to find the problems in the previous training for kindergarten teachers. Based on the learning characteristics of adult students, the author then tried to construct a new kind of learning process for kindergarten teachers. The efforts would help improve the quality of teacher training.
