摘要
该文总结了近年来香椿化学成分的研究结果,并对香椿的降血糖、抗肿瘤、抗菌、消炎、降血脂等特殊保健功能进行了综述。建议今后应加强各地香椿栽培种营养素含量的比较研究,筛选出营养素含量有优势的品种加以推广;规范香椿嫩叶采摘时间,在嫩叶最具营养价值时上市销售,以充分发挥香椿的营养功能。
The recent research progress on chemical composition of Toona sinensin Roem was summarized, and its health function including hypoglycemic,anti-cancer,anti-bacteria, anti-inflammatory,reducing blood lipid was also described. It recommended that the research on nutrient content in cultivars of Toona sinensin Roem should be strengthened, and choosing higher nutrient content ones to be promoted;standard the picking time of new leaves,and be on sale when in the most nutritional value to maximize the nutrient function.
