摘要
近年来,以用户为中心的服务研究成为图书情报学的研究重点。从情报学的认知论出发,分析图书馆读者的主体认知、主体认知与读者满意度的关系以及其对读者满意度评价的影响,有助于构建主体认知的基本模型及基于主体认知的读者满意度评价过程的基本模式。其中,主体认知的基本模型包括个体用户的知识结构、社会或组织环境的影响、个体用户的个人因素3个部分;基于主体认知的读者满意度评价过程包括主体认知的初始状态、人脑信息处理、主体认知的新状态、评价结果 4个部分。
In recent years, user-centered service researches have been the emphasis of the library and information science. Starting from the viewpoint of the cognitive theory of information science, analyzing the readers' cognition of libraries, the relationship between the readers' cognition and the reader satisfaction degree and its impact to the evaluation of the reader satisfaction degree, that is helpful to build the basic mode of the subjective cognition and the degree basic evaluation mode of the reader satisfaction degree based on the subjective cognition. Among them, the basic model of the subjective cognition includes three parts of the individual user's knowledge structure, the impact caused by the social and organizational environment, personal factors of individual users. The evaluation process of the reader satisfaction degree based on the subjective cognition includes four parts of the initial state of the subjective cognition, the information process in human brains, the new state of the subjective cognition and the evaluation result.
