摘要
质量、成本、工期是工程项目管理的三大主要控制目标。首先以工期目标为变量,分析工期-成本、工期-质量的非线性关系,分别建立成本、质量目标与工期目标之间的量化非线性关系模型,进而建立三者之间的多目标优化模型。结合工程网络计划优化技术,用关键路径法进行若干次工期压缩,得到不同工期、成本、质量水平的若干施工方案,组成待选方案集,通过数据包络分析的方法分析不同方案的投入、产出效率,进而根据效率值择优选取施工方案。并结合算例证明了该优化方法的有效性,为项目决策提供支持。
Quality, cost and time are main control goals of construction project management. Firstly, let time as variable, nonlinear relationships between time and cost as well as time and quality are analyzed, and nonlinear relationship model are set up between time-quality as well as time-cost separately. Then, a multiple objectives optimal model between quality, cost and time is built. Then, the time is crashed by CPM to obtain several alternatives. The input efficiency and output efficiency of different options are analyzed by DEA and an option is chosen based on efficiency value. Finally, a case study demonstrates its validity.
