摘要
将SrAl2O4:Eu2+作为发光材料添加到发光涂料中,通过耐磨性试验发现,随着SrAl2O4:Eu2+用量的增加,涂料磨损失重减少,说明SrAl2O4:Eu2+能提高涂层的耐磨性。通过红外光谱对比发现,添加SrAl2O4:Eu2+的涂膜在1600 cm-1左右处分叉的双峰变成单峰。发光材料在585.5 nm处的特征峰消失,在692.5 nm处出现一个新特征峰。说明发光材料与涂膜之间有化学作用,该作用使涂料的耐磨性增强。
The experiment uses SrAl2O4∶Eu^2+ as luminescent material added to the coating. Through the wear resistance test, we found that along with the increase of the SrAl2O4∶Eu^2+ dosage,the wear of weight reduce,which means SrAl2O4∶Eu^2+ can increase the wear resistance of lhe coating. IR spectrum comparison result shows that at 1600 cm^-1, double peaks change to a single peak. The characteristic peak at 585.5 nm disappears,and appears a new peak at 692.5 nm. It is demonstrated that there is a chemical reaction between luminescent material and coating, which is the cause of enhancement of the wear resistance.
