摘要
生物芯片是根据生物分子间特异相互作用原理,将生化分析过程集成于芯片表面,从而实现对DNA、RNA、多肽、蛋白质以及其他生物成分的高通量快速检测。生物芯片广泛应用于生命科学、司法鉴定、食品及营养科学、环境科学、农林科学、军事科学等多种领域。文章重点对其在中医药中的应用做一简要综述和发展前景进行展望,以期为在该领域的进一步研究提供参考。
Based on the principle of the specific interaction between the biomolecules, biochip can be used to high throughput rapidly detection of DNA, RNA, polypeptides, proteins and other biological components by integrating the biochemical analysis process on the chip surface. Therefore, it has been widely used in life sciences, judicial identification, food science, environmen- tal science, science, military science and so on. This article focused on doing a brief overview of its some application in tradition- al Chinese medicine, and making prospect on its development. It is expected to be useful for the study on traditional Chinese med- icine field with this method in the future.
