摘要
作为健全人格的重要组成部分,自信和成就动机的研究一直是教育学和心理学关注的一个热点。通过对925名苗族中学生自信、成就动机的测试,探讨苗族中学生自信与成就动机之间的关系。结果表明:(1)苗族中学生的自信在性别上有显著差异;(2)苗族中学生自信与成就动机相关显著。其中,追求成功的动机与自信各维度呈显著正相关,而避免失败的动机与自信各维度呈显著负相关;(3)学业自信和社交自信对苗族中学生追求成功的动机具有显著影响力,而整体自信对避免失败的动机亦具有明显影响力。
Basted on the questionnaire of 925 ethnic minorities of middle-school students to investgate the relations of self-confidence and achievement motivation, it shows that (1) With much higher sores, males are significantly different from females on the scale of confidence. (2) The relations of self-confidence and achievement motivation are closely related, especially, notable positive correlations are found in dimensions of self-confidence and motivation of seeking success, and negative correlations are found in avoiding failure. (3) Academic and social confidence have a significant influence on students' motivation of seeking success, meanwhile, general confidence has a profound effect on avoiding failure.
