摘要
水文遥测系统所采集、传输、处理的各类水文要素信息是国家的基础性数据资料,随着信息安全需求的日益突出,解决水文遥测系统的所面临的信息安全问题,对实现各类水文要素信息的安全应用十分重要。在水文遥测系统的通用技术体系架构的基础上,分析系统各层面临的信息安全风险,以江苏水文遥测系统现有的信息安全防护措施为例,从物理、网络和应用3个方面,提出相对有效的信息安全防护体系,为水文遥测系统的信息安全防护及安全应用提供一定的思路和技术参考。
Various hydrological information collected by hydrological telemetry systems collecting, transfering, processing is the national basic data. With the increasingly prominent information security demand, to solve the information security problem of hydrological telemetry system is very important for realization of safety application of hydrological information. This paper analyzes the general technical framework of hydrological telemetry system and the information security risk faced by each layer of the system. It gives an example of the existing information security protection measures of hydrology telemetry system in Jiangsu. It puts forward the corresponding effective protection system based on the general technical framework of hydrological telemetry system including physical, network and application. It provides some thinking and technical reference for information security protection and securityapplications of hydrological telemetry system.
