电站湿法脱硫系统优化探讨

摘要 目前,我国SO2的排放量位列世界首位,大气的硫化物致使降水酸化,对森林植被、建筑物、人类生活造成了严重危害,如何有效的控制SO2的排放量成为十二五期间的重大问题。随着火电厂煤质的不断下降,电厂脱硫系统也逐渐偏离设计工况,并在运行中产生一些问题。文中分析燃煤中的硫分、水分、灰分和杂质等对脱硫系统的影响,以某电厂300 MW机组湿法脱硫系统为例,对其存在的问题进行探讨,并提出系统优化方案。 At present, the SO2 emissions of our country is the first in the world, the sulfide in atmosphere cause precipitation acidification, result in serious harm to forest vegetation, buildings and human life, how to efficiently control SO2 emissions become major issues during the Twelve - Five planning With the decline of the coal in power gradually deviate from the design condition, and plants, desulfurization system of power plant also some problems appear in operation. Analyzed the influence on desulfurization system of coal sulfur content, moisture content, ash content, impurities and so on. Using wet desulphurization system in 300 MW unit as an example, existing problems is discussed, and puts forward system optimization scheme.
