摘要
针对江苏省土壤结构和连年浅层旋耕作业引起的土壤板结、蓄水能力差等问题,设计开发了深松碎茬平整机。该机采用双翼式凿形铲与波纹式滚笼状碎茬部件,经集成设计的整机一次完成深松、碎茬和平整等作业。田间试验结果表明:与55kW以上的拖拉机配套使用,机具结构设计合理,耕作后地表平整,作业质量符合农艺要求,为江苏省保护性耕作条件下机械化深松作业提供了技术支持。
In the view of soil structure in Jiangsu Province and soil compaction as well as poor water storage ability because of successive shallow rotary tillage,this paper designed and developed the subsoiling stubble levelling machine.The machine adopts double-wing type chisel-shaped spade and the corrugated roller shape stubble breaking component,which can finish the work of deep loosening,stubble cutting and leveling at the same time.Field test results show that with more than 55kW tractors,its machinery structure design is reasonable,farming ground surface is flat after operation,quality can meet the agronomic requirements,which provide technical supporting for mechanical subsoiling under the condition of the conservation tillage in Jiangsu Province.
