摘要
医院整合既使医院面临着前所未有的发展机遇,同时,也给医院管理带来了很多新情况和新问题,人力资源管理方面也如此。整合以后如何在短时间内稳定员工队伍,统一员工思想,调整人力资源配置,加强人才队伍建设,激发员工的工作热情,是医院人力资源管理应该思考的新问题。该文就医院整合期间加强人力资源管理的实践谈了一些认识和体会。
At present, hospital integration not only presents hospital with unprecedented development opportuni- ties, but also brings about numerous new situations and problems. After integration in the field of human resources management, it is imperative for the hospital personnel department to reflect on a series of problems, such as how to stablize the staff in the shortest possible time, unify staff ideology and relocate personnel, strengthen personnel con- struction and inspire staff enthusiasm. This paper puts forward understanding and experience on strengthening hu- man resources management.
