摘要
观察年龄增长和运动负荷对骨关节的影响。方法 将C5 7黑鼠 42只随机分成自然增龄组和运动负荷组 ,自然增龄组小鼠分别于出生后 6周、12周、2 0周、2 8周处死 ;负荷组小鼠分别于 6周、14周、2 2周进行行走训练 ,于 12周、2 0周、2 8周处死 ,观察两组动物关节软骨组织病理学的变化。结果 负荷组的自发性骨关节炎的发生率及软骨退变严重度 ,均高于自然增龄组。结论 C5 7黑鼠关节软骨随增龄自发OA样退变 。
Objective To observe the effects of aging and sports loading on the articular cartilage of C57 black mice.[HT5”H]Methods [HT5”SS]42 C57 black mice were divided randomly into aging group and sports loading group.The mice of aging group were sacrified at 6th,12th,20th and 28th weeks.The mice of sports loading were trained walking at 6th,14th,22th weeks and were sacrified at 12th,20th and 28th weeks.The histopathological changes of knee articular cartilage in these two groups were compared under light microscope.[HT5”H]Results [HT5”SS]The occurrence of osteoarthritis and the severity of cartilage degeneration in sports loading group were higher than those in aging group.[HT5”H]Conclusion [HT5”SS]Spontaneous osteoarthritis developed spontaneouly in articular cartilage of C57 black mice by aging,and the process of cartilage degeneration was accelerated by sports loading.
