颅脑冲击波损伤离体细胞模型研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,颅脑冲击波损伤不断增多。研究显示致肺损伤阈值下的冲击波能导致急性和延迟性的行为缺陷和神经变性[1]。因此,冲击波导致的颅脑损伤比肺冲击伤的损害更常见,危害也更大。冲击波损伤常给患者遗留多种神经功能障碍,轻者影响正常生活和工作,重者生活不能自理、植物生存甚至死亡,具有高致残率、高死亡率的特点[2]。因此,冲击波导致颅脑损伤的研究是神经外科领域的一个热点。
