摘要
目的探讨6 MV-X线单次不同剂量照射后肺腺癌细胞系Anip973细胞损伤的超微结构变化。方法采用6 MV-X射线单次10、20 Gy照射肺腺癌细胞系Anip973,在24和48小时后透射电子显微镜下观察细胞损伤的超微结构变化。结果正常对照组细胞生长活跃,代谢旺盛。10 Gy照射后24小时细胞肿胀,可逆性损伤;48小时,细胞凋亡明显。20 Gy照射后24小时部分肿胀,部分细胞凋亡明显;48小时,胀亡为细胞主要改变,出现典型、广泛的溶解性坏死。结论在单次大剂量放射情况下,胀亡是细胞坏死的主要方式。照射后48小时出现典型形态改变—溶解性坏死。
Objective To study the ultrastructural changes of pulmonary gland cancer cell line Anip973 after 6 MV X-ray irradiating with different doses. Methods Lung gland cancer cell line Anip973 were radiated by 6 MV-X ray with 10 and 20 Gy in single fraction. The ultrastructural changes of cellular damage were observed by transmission electron microscope after 24 h and 48 h. Results Cells of the control group grew actively with vigorous metabolism. In 10 Gy group, reversible cell swelled after 24 h and obvious apoptosis occurred after 48 h. In 20 Gy group, cellular swelling and apoptosis both existed after 24 h. Oncosis was the main style for cell death with typical and wide dissolved necrosis after 48 h.Conclusion Oncosis is the main style of cell death with high dose radiation in single fraction. Typical dissolved necrosis appears after irradiation for 48 h.
