利用高岭土下脚料制备纤维硅酸钙板的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文尝试采用高岭土下脚料取代部分天然石英粉制备纤维硅酸钙板,并通过XRD和扫描电镜测试分析其内部的晶体生成种类、结晶程度和晶体的形貌。实验结果发现掺加高岭土下脚料不会改变纤维硅酸钙板内部矿物晶体的种类,且掺加少量的高岭土下脚料有利于纤维硅酸钙板内部晶体的发育,但当掺量较大时,不利于其内部矿物晶体的发育。 In this article, an attempt was made to replace part of the natural quartz powder by kaolin byproduct to prepare fibre calcium silicate board. And analyze the generate types, crystalline degree and the morphology of the crystals generated inside through XRD and SEM test. The results indicate that the types of mineral crystal inside the fibre calcium silicate board will not change by adding kaolin byproduct. A small amount of kaolin byproduct is conducive to the development of the internal crystal. However, too much kaolin byproduct will generate negative effect.
