摘要
研究了芳纶纤维、AL(OH)3对三元乙丙橡胶包覆层力学性能、耐高温和耐烧蚀性能的影响,并分析了两种填料的作用机理。通过1#-4#配方可以发现随着芳纶纤维含量的增加三元乙丙橡胶包覆层的烧蚀率和拉伸强度呈现出增加趋势;从5#-7#配方中可发现随着AL(OH)3含量的增加三元乙丙橡胶包覆层的耐高温性能呈现出增强的趋势;在8#配方中将芳纶纤维和AL(OH)3同时使用发现包覆层的拉伸强度、耐烧蚀性能优于前7个配方的性能。
The influence of aramid fibers and Al(OH)3 on mechanical properties, high temperature resistance and ablative resistance of EPDM rubber coating were analysised, and the action mechanism of two fillers was analyzed. By 1#-4# formulas,it can be found that with increasing the content of aramid fiber, ablation rate and tensile strength of the coating layer showed increasing trend. By 5#--7# formulas, it can be found that with increasing the content of AI(OH)3 in the coating layer, EPDM showing increasing trend for high temperature resistance. In formulation 8# , aramid fibers and A1 (OH)3 were added to the coating,the properties of coating were better than previous seven formulas.
