摘要
本研究以三氯氧磷、二甘醇、乙醇为原料,通过对原料配比、反应温度、催化剂等条件进行优化,分步反应合成二甘醇二磷酸四乙酯.实验表明,第一步三氯氧磷与二甘醇最佳摩尔比为2.5∶1,反应温度为15~18℃,反应时间为3h.第二步乙醇与中间体的最佳摩尔比为8∶1,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为3h.制得的产品收率约为86.5%.
Presented with phosphorus oxychloride, diglycol and ethanol as raw materials, several steps were took to synthesis tetraethyl diglycoldiphosphonate by optimizing reaction conditions, such as feed ratio, amount of catalyst and reaction temperature. The result of the experiments indicated that the optimal feed ratio was n(Phosphorus oxychloride) : n (Diglycol) =2. 5 : 1, reaction temperature was 15- 18℃, reaction time was 3 h. While in second step of reaction, raising temperature to 50℃ and product was obtained after 3h by the feed ratio:n(ethanoD :n(intermediate) =8 : 1. Yield was 86. 49%,
