电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定矿石中的高含量铅和锌 被引量:2

摘要 采用盐酸-硝酸分解样品,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-O ES)测定了矿石中高含量铅和锌。研究了不同酸介质和不同酸度对ICP-OES测定矿石中铅和锌的影响,发现盐酸、硝酸和王水对谱线强度的影响不尽相同;随着酸度的增加,铅和锌的谱线强度呈下降趋势;但是对于较高含量的铅,较低的酸度不利于铅的测定。采用内标法,通过加入R h内标对方法的精密度有明显的改善。该方法经国家标准物质分析验证,对测定值与标准值之间进行t检验无显著性差异。采用该方法与ED T A容量法对未知矿石样品同时进行分析,测试结果相一致。 The mineral samples with high zinc and lead content were digested with HCl and HNO3. Pb and Zn in sample solutions were determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry (ICP-OES). The effects of different acidic mediums and different acidity on the determination of Pb and Zn in ore samples by ICP-OES were investigated. The results show that HCl, HNO3 and aqua regia have different effect on the intensity of spectral line. With the increase of acidity,the intensity of spectral line of Pb and Zn decrease respectively. For Pb with higher content, the lower acidity is unfavorable to the determination of Pb. The method precision is improved greatly when the internal standard method is adopted by adding Rh. The method has been tested with National Standard Reference Materials. It shows no difference between measured value and standard value by t test. Some unknown mineral samples were tested with the method and EDTA volumetric? method simultaneously. The results were in accordance with each other.
