雷公藤多甙对链脲佐菌素诱导糖尿病大鼠血浆氧自由基与T细胞的影响 被引量:16

摘要 为了解雷公藤多甙对Ⅰ型糖尿病氧自由基和T细胞的影响以及他们的关系 ,以链脲佐菌素 (STZ)诱导的迟发性糖尿病大鼠为研究对象 ,于发病第 2天用T11灌胃后 ,连续测定外周血中T细胞亚群CD+ 2 、CD+ 4、CD+ 8、黄嘌呤氧化酶 (XOD)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、过氧化酶 (CAT)和丙二醛 (MDA)等的水平。结果显示 ,糖尿病大鼠 (DM)血清XOD、MDA与CD+ 4水平明显高于对照组 ;SOD、CAT和CD+ 8水平明显降低。服用T11后 ,上述指标于 6~ 8周分别恢复正常。DM大鼠经T11治疗后 ,外周血CD+ 4、CD+ 8T细胞亚群与 12项有关自由基的指标变化规律类似 ,说明大鼠发病时氧自由基的产生与T细胞亚群的异常分化有着密切的关系 ;T11不仅能抑制T细胞亚群的异常分化且可使氧自由基恢复正常。 Objective: To study the change of oxygen radicals and T cells of streptozotocin-induced lately-onset diabetic rats by treatment with triptegiitotorum (TII). Methods: After diabetic rats were fed with TII, its blood was collected at second day. Levels of T cells subsets in blood and serum xanthine oxidase (XOD), superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), malondialdehyde (MDA) were serially determined. Results: The levels of XOD, MDA and CD 4 + T cells were markedly higher than those of control. SOD, CAT and CD 8 + T cells were signigicantly lower that those of control, and all of which became normal in 6~8 weeks by TII. So there was closed relative between free oxygen radicals and T cells subsets at the onset of diabetic rats. Conclusions: TII not only inhibited the disorder of T cells subsets but also regulated diabetic free oxygen radicals.
