摘要
通过分析主轴运转条件下的发热和散热条件,在考虑结合面热阻的情况下,建立了机床热态有限元分析模型;并利用该模型对机床的发热及其导致的变形进行了仿真分析,设计相关实验验证对该模型进行了验证。实验结果表明该仿真模型可靠性较高,可为机床热态性能优化提供了参考。
A FEA model to analyze the thermal state of the vertical machine center is developed,which takes the heating and dissipation conditions into account,as well as the thermal resistance of the joints.Using this model,the temperature rise and thermal displacement can be obtained.The related experiments have been carried out on the vertical machining center VCL1100.The results show that the simulation model is accurate,and it can be used to optimize the thermal state and performance of the machine tool.
