盾构机盘形滚刀垂向振动的建模、仿真与实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 建立了海瑞克滚刀与实验滚刀三自由度的垂向振动模型,以实验滚刀为算例进行了分析,并以接近实际工况的锯齿形力作为输入,以实验的力和贯入度作为条件,利用MATLAB对振动模型进行了仿真。仿真表明盘形滚刀产生的振动是受迫振动,得到仿真振动量级很小,不会影响盘形滚刀的实际贯入程度,表明实验滚刀设计合理,抗振能力强。同时设计了实验台盘形滚刀固有频率测量系统,根据幅频特性曲线确定了盘形滚刀固有频率,振动模型的固有频率与实验结果相比较计算误差仅为8.2%,表明该振动模型能够较好地反映滚刀实际振动情况,利用该振动模型对实验滚刀垂向振动进行研究是可行的。 The three degree of freedom vertical vibration models of Herrenknecht disc cutter and self-made experiment cutter have been built.By taking the serrated force close to the actual working condition as input and experimental force and penetration as conditions,the vibration model was simulated using software MATLAB.It can be indicated from the simulation that the vibration caused by disc cutter is the forced vibration and the vibration level of the simulation is very small,which will not affect the actual penetration level of disc cutter,indicating that the design of the experiment cutter is reasonable and antivibration capability is good.At the same time,the new testing table disc cutter natural frequency measurement experiment has been designed and the natural frequency of disc cutter can be determined according to the amplitude-frequency characteristic curve.The natural frequency of vibration model was compared with the experimental results,and the calculation error is only 8.2%,which indicates that the vibration model can reflect the actual vibration of the disc cutter well,and the research on the vertical vibration of experimental cutter by using this vibration model is feasible.
