摘要
目的:探索改良后的雷火神针疗法治疗腰椎病的临床疗效。方法:60例腰椎病患者,随机分为对照组30例,治疗组30例。对照组采用传统毫针疗法治疗,治疗组采用改良雷火神针法治疗,分别统计两组患者的治疗效果,进行统计学分析。结果:对照组总有效率为90%,治疗组总有效率为100.0%,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良雷火神针法治疗腰椎病,优于传统毫针疗法,且具有环保、高效、经济、方便的特点,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To explore the clinical curative effect of improved thunder-fire miraculous needle therapy for treat- ment of lumbar vertebra disease. Methods： 60 eases of patients with lumbar vertebra disease were randomly divided into con- trolled group of 30 cases and the treatment group of 30 cases. The controlled group used the traditional acupuncture therapy, the treatment group used improved thunder-fire miraculous acupuncture therapy. The curative effect of the two groups were com- pared. Results： In the controlled group, the total efficiency was 90%, the total effective rate of treatment group was 100%, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The improved thunder-fire miraculous needling method for treatment of lumbar vertebra disease is superior to the traditional filiform needle therapy, and has the advantages of environmental protection, efficient, economic, convenient and worthy of clinical application.
