Catalytic Oxidative Desulfurization from FCC Gasoline by Niobium Modified SBA-15

摘要 以介孔分子筛SBA-15为载体,铌酸为铌源,采用浸渍法制备Nb-SBA-15催化剂。以质量分数为30%的H2O2为氧化剂,Nb-SBA-15为催化剂,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为萃取剂对催化裂化汽油进行了脱硫实验。结果表明:在温度60℃、反应时间60min、催化剂用量为FCC汽油质量的5%、氧化剂与含硫化合物物质的量比为3∶1、萃取剂与FCC汽油的体积比为1.0时,催化裂化汽油的脱硫率可达到95.4%,收率为83.8%。 Niobium Modified SBA-15 was synthesized by the wetness impregnation with niobic acid as precursor. The desulfurization of FCC gasoline was carried out with the mass fraction of 30% H202 as the oxidant, Nb-SBA-15 as the catalyst, and N, N-dimethyl formamide(DMF) as the extractant. The sulfur removal rate and yield of FCC gasoline can reach 95.4% and 83. 8% under the following conditions: reaction temperature: 60 ℃, reaction time: 60 min, weight ratio of catalyst/FCC gasoline: 5%, mole. ratio of oxidant/sulphur compounds 3 : 1, and volume ratio of solvent (DMF) to oil was 1.0.
