摘要
以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为软单体、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为硬单体、丙烯酸(AA)为功能单体、EP(环氧树脂)为改性单体、十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)为阴/非离子型复合乳化剂,采用半连续种子乳液聚合法合成了EP改性丙烯酸酯乳液胶粘剂。研究结果表明:当训(EP)=6%~8%(相对于共聚单体总质量而言)时,改性胶粘剂的稳定性、耐水性、力学性能和粘接性能等均得到明显提高。
With butyl acrylate(BA) as a soft monomer,methyl methacrylate(MMA) as a hard monomer,acrylic acid (AA) as a functional monomer, EP (epoxy resin ) as a modified monomer, sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) and alkylphenol ethoxylates(OP-10) as an anionic/non-ionic composite emulsifier,an acrylate emulsion adhesive modified by EP was synthesized by semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization. The research results showed that the stability,water resistance,mechanical properties and bonding properties of modified adhesive were obviously improved when mass fraction of EP was 6%-8% in total comonomers.
