综合护理干预对老年类风湿关节炎患者的影响 被引量：34

摘要 目的探讨综合护理干预对老年类风湿关节炎患者的影响。方法选择老年类风湿关节炎患者106例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各53例,参照欧洲抗风湿病联盟(EULAR)推出的慢性炎症性关节炎(CIA)的护理建议,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施综合护理干预。比较2组患者遵医行为及出院1个月时康复效果。结果观察组的遵医行为及康复效果明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可以提高老年类风湿关节炎患者的遵医行为,改善患者病情、关节功能及生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
