摘要
在分析了一种大型无缝环件车铣复合中心的工艺特点和精度要求后提出了两种新设计的焊接横梁代替原有的铸造横梁。根据焊接件的设计原则对横梁内部的肋板结构和布置进行了重新设计,并从静、动态特性两个方面对横梁的性能进行了分析,静力学分析过程采用了理论计算和仿真相结合的方式研究了三种方案的静刚度,模态分析过程研究了各方案的固有频率和振型。通过分析得到动态性能良好、误差敏感方向变形最小的方案,从而为后续机床的改进提供依据和指导。
According to the process feature and accuracy requirement of a large seamless ring car-milling compound processing center,have proposed tw o new types of w elded beams to replace the original casting beam.According to the w eld assembly design principle,redesigned the structures and layouts of ribs in w elding beams and analyzed the beam's property from static property and dynamic property,got static rigidity in Static analysis by theoretical calculation and simulation and natural frequency and mode shape of vibration in modal analysis.By this w ay,have gotten the w elded beam that have better dynamic performance and smaller deformation in error sensitive direction,w hich provide basis and direction for further machine tool design.
