摘要
以铣削螺纹为研究对象,在深入了解了HNC-22M系统的宏编程处理方法后,提出了一种巧妙编写铣削螺纹数控宏程序的方法。文章通过对铣削螺纹的原理分析,利用HNC-22M系统的宏编程指令扩展功能,开发了铣削螺纹加工循环指令。实践表明,该方法能满足在数控铣床上加工各种螺纹的生产要求。同时该指令达到了预期的结果,简化了算法以及编程的过程,经实际验证效果良好。
In order to thread milling as the research object,in-depth understanding of the HNC-22M macro programming method,puts forw ard a method of ingenious w riting thread milling NC Macro program.In this paper,through the analysis of the principle of the thread milling system,using the HNC22M macro programming instruction extension function,developed the thread milling processing cycle instructions.Practice show s that,this method can meet the requirements of production and processing of various thread in NC milling machine.At the same time the instruction to achieve the desired results,simplified the algorithm and the programming process,through the actual verification results.
