摘要
目的复杂网络理论揭示了人脑结构和功能网络中的很多拓扑属性,通过基于白质纤维束的脑功能网络建模方法分析胶质瘤患者功能网络变异特性。方法首先基于matlab平台利用spm8数据包对数据进行预处理,然后采用磁共振白质纤维束和小世界网络理论对20例正常人和20例神经胶质瘤患者进行脑功能网络建模。通过对脑功能网络连接度、簇系数和平均路径等参数分析,研究胶质瘤患者小世界拓扑属性。结果对比正常人,被试神经胶质瘤患者脑功能网络遭到破坏,患者脑网络的小世界属性及网络容错能力明显下降,信息传输最大的脑功能区区域发生转移,平均路径在额中回、旁中央小叶、顶叶等区域出现异常。结论胶质瘤患者脑功能网络变异明显,小世界属性显著降低。
Objective The theory of complex network reveals the topological properties in human brain structure and functional network. The method of modeling the brain functional network based on white matter fiber tracking is to analyze variation characteristics of the functional network of the patients with glioma. Methods First, we preprocess the data with the spin8 package based on matlab platform. Then, MRI white matter fiber bundle and small-world network theory are utilized to build the brain function network of 20 normal persons and 20 glioma patients. By analyzing network connectivity of brain function, cluster coefficient, the average path and other parameters, the small world topological properties are studied. Results Compared with the normal persons, the brain functional network of the glioma patients is destroyed. The small-world network properties and the ability of network fault tolerance of the glioma patients decrease obviously. The functional areas of maximum information transmission shift and the average path in middle frontal gyrus,gyrus rectus and paraeentral lobule region is abnormal. Conclusions The variation in brain functional network of the glioma patients is obvious and the small world properties significantly decrease.
