摘要
采用种子乳液聚合法并以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)复配作为乳化剂制备了壳层含烯基硅的核壳型聚丙烯酸酯皮革涂饰剂。重点考察了有机硅乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(A-151)用量对乳液性能及成膜后性能的影响。并分别通过傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)和激光粒度Zeta电位仪对乳液的结构、粒径大小和粒径分布进行表征。结果表明A-151用量为10%时,烯基硅改性聚丙烯酸酯乳液的稳定性最佳。与纯的聚丙烯酸酯相比较,有机硅A-151改性后的聚丙烯酸酯成膜后的耐水性提高。FT-IR谱图表明,有机硅A-151与聚丙烯酸酯之间有Si-O-C键形成,激光粒度电位Zeta仪表明核壳乳液的平均粒径122.4 nm,并且粒径分布均匀。
The shell containing alken yl-silicon of polyacrylate leather finishing agents with core-shell structure prepared via seeded emulsion polymerization were investigated,using sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) and polyoxyethylene alkyl ether (AEO-9) as the emulsifier. The influence of the amount of vinyltriethoxysilane (A-151) on the properties of the emulsion and film properties were studied. The structure, size and size distribution of latex were characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) and laser particle and Zeta potential analyzer. The results show that the best stability of the organosiloxane modified polyacrylate latex is obtained when the amount of organosiloxane A-151 was 10%. The waterproofness of organosiloxane A-151 modified polyacrylate film are increased, as compared with pure polyacrylate. FT-IR spectra suggest that Si-O-C bond is formed between organosiloxane A-151 and polyacrylate, laser particle and Zeta potential analyzer show that the average particle sizes of core-shell emulsion are respectively 122.4 nm and uniform distribution.
