摘要
中医与西医有着迥异的哲学思维。本文从中、西医的历史内涵、思维方法、理论指导及哲学体系等不同角度,分别进行探讨,认为中医与西医本质不同,思维迥异。西医是实验科学,中医是经验科学;中医重在整体,西医重在还原。现今医学发展中的"中西医结合",其道路是一个西医同化中医的过程,不利于中医的传承与发展。中医要发展,应首先考虑传统化,即在继承传统中医的基础上,依据现代环境具体灵活地结合"现代化"。中医、西医如果可以分别独立发展,各显优势,在此基础上再谈中西医结合,即精通中医者与精通西医者一起协作,或许更利于中医的发展,彰显中医的优势,其远期医学环境亦会优于现今中西医结合的治疗方式,进而更好地为人类健康服务。
Traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine have different philosophical thinking. This article, from the western historical connotation, thinking methods, theory and philosophy and so on, the different angles, carries on the discussion separately, that traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in different nature, different thinking.Western medicine is an experimental science, Chinese medicine is a science of experience;Traditional Chi- nese medicine emphasizes the overall,western medicine focuses on reduction.At present the medical development in the ＂combination of Chinese and western medicines＂, the road of the process of assimilation of traditional Chinese medicine, is not conducive to the inheritance and development of tradi- tional Chinese medicine.If the Chinese want to develop, we should first consider the tradition, that is based on inheriting the traditional Chinese medicine, on the basis of modern environment flexibly according to specific ＂modernization＂. If the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can have separate development to show their respective advantages; on the basis of it, to talk about the ＂combination of Chinese and western medicine＂, in coop- eration with the master of traditional Chinese medicine and proficient personnel in western medicine, perhaps is more conducive to the development of traditional Chinese medicine, highlighting the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine, for the long-term medical environment will be better than the ＂combination of Chinese and western medicine＂ treatment, and give better service to the health of mankind.
