摘要
目的对蓝萼香茶菜(Rabdosia japonica)的化学成分进行分离及鉴定。方法利用硅胶色谱、Sephadex LH-20色谱以及反相高效液相色谱等手段进行分离纯化,应用质谱、磁共振等光谱方法对分得的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果共分离并鉴定10个化合物,其中包括4个三萜:齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid,1)、熊果酸(ursolic acid,2)、2α-羟基熊果酸(2α-hydroxyursolic acid,3)、2α,23-二羟基熊果酸(2α,23-dihydroxyursolic acid,4);6个黄酮类化合物:槲皮素(quercetin,5)、芹菜素(apiginin,6)、木犀草素(luteolin,7)、芦丁(rutin,8)、异鼠李素(isorhamnetin,9)、小麦黄素(tricin,10)。结论化合物9、10为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To extract and identify the chemical constituents of Rabdosia japonica. Methods The constituents were isolated and purified by chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC. The structures of the compounds were determined by mass spectrometry (MS) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra1 analysis. Results Totally 10 compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as four triterpenoids: oleanolic acid (1), ursolic acid (2), 2α-hydroxyursolic acid (3), 2α, 23-dihydroxyursolic acid (4);six flavonoids:quercetin (5), apiginin (6), luteolin (7), rutin (8), isorhamnetin (9), and tricin (10). Conclusion Isorhamnetin (9) and tricin (10) had been isolated from this plant for the first time
