表面麻醉复合局部浸润麻醉在上睑整形手术中的应用 被引量：4

摘要 上睑整形手术是近年来国内进行最多的整形美容手术之一，因需患者术中多次睁闭眼配合，同时手术时间相对较短，故多在局部浸润麻醉下进行。但推注局麻药物所产生的疼痛常造成患者过度紧张或焦虑，加重术中出血，严重影响手术视野的清晰；因此，减轻局麻过程中的疼痛，是缓解患者紧张情绪、成功实施上睑整形手术的第1步。我们的前期临床试验发现，复方利多卡因乳膏可有效减少面部挫裂伤清创缝合术患者对麻醉针刺的恐惧感，缓解局麻过程中的疼痛，同时麻醉相关并发症极少。本研究对复方利多卡因乳膏的应用进行了拓展，采用随机对照试验，以探讨其对上睑麻醉过程中痛觉的影响。
