摘要 主动脉缩窄(coarctation of aortic,CoA)指胸主动脉管腔先天性狭窄,是一种常见的先天性心脏畸形,最常位于主动脉峡部,即左侧锁骨下动脉与动脉导管之间,诊断需结合影像学资料和临床表现。数字减影血管造影是诊断主动脉缩窄的“金标准”,
