骨性Ⅲ类不同垂直骨面型患者切牙牙槽骨面积的CBCT研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:应用CBCT比较不同垂直骨面型的骨性Ⅲ类患者上下颌切牙牙根周围牙槽骨面积的大小。方法:选择骨性Ⅲ类患者44例,根据FMA角分为低角14例、均角16例、高角14例。应用DOPHIN软件,分别测量上下颌切牙牙根周围不同水平牙槽骨的横断面面积。采用方差分析比较实验数据。结果:低角患者上颌切牙在根颈1/3、根中1/3、根尖1/3处骨面积都大于均角与高角患者(P<0.05),下颌切牙在冠1/3、根中1/3水平处骨面积也大于高角与均角患者(P<0.05)。结论:低角患者上下切牙牙根周围骨质较多,高角患者最少。 Objective: To compare alveolar area around upper and lower incisors among three vertical facial types of skeletal class III patients. Methods..44 skeletal class HI patients were divided into 14 low angle cases, 16 average angle cases, and 14 high angle cases by the FMA. The CBCT images were reconstructed by 3D Dolphin Imaging 11. 5. Alveolar area on three levels around incisor roots was measured on cross sections. The measurements were analyzed using ANOVA. Results: Low angle patients had greater values than that in norm and high angle patients in upper incisors, such as the area around root at cervical, middle and apical levels. And there were the same results in lower incisors but only at cervical and middle levels. Conclusion.. The amount of alveolar rounding upper and lower incisors in low angle patients was more than that of the other two types. The high angle patients displayed the least bone area.
