摘要
目的:观察泽泻饮合京三棱丸治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法:将68例脂肪肝患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各34例。2组均调整饮食及合理运动,同时给予水飞蓟宾300 mg/次,3次/d。治疗组同时服用泽泻饮合京三棱丸加味,水煎分服,1剂/d。2组均以治疗1个月为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后观察疗效。结果:显效率对照组为35.29%,治疗组为58.82%,2组相比差异显著(P<0.05);总有效率对照组为64.71%,治疗组为82.35%,2组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)等指标治疗后均明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善较对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论:泽泻饮合京三棱丸治疗脂肪肝临床疗效显著,能有效改善血脂水平。
Objective：To explore clinical effects of ZeXie drink and Jing SanLengWan in the treatment for non alcoholic fatty liver disease. Method： All 68 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. Both groups accepted dietary regulation, proper exercise and ShuiFei JiBin, 300 mg each time, three times per day. The treatment group took modified ZeXie drink and Jing SanLengWan, water decocted, one dose per day. One month were one course of treatment, to observe clinical effects after one course of treatment. Result：Effectual rate of the control group was 35.29%, lower than 58.82%of the treatment group with significant difference （P〈0.05）;Total effective rates of both groups were 64.71%and 82.35%, the difference between both groups was significant （P〈0.05）. HDL-C, TC, TG and other indexes were improved after treating （P〈0.05）, the treatment group was improved more significantly than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Modified ZeXie drink and Jing SanLengWan are effective in treating fatty liver disease and improve the levels of blood lipid.
