摘要
探讨大麦虫蛋白粉替代部分鱼粉对断奶仔猪生产性能的影响,为蛋白质饲料资源的开发利用提供参考依据。选择21日龄断奶仔猪120只,采用单因子试验设计,随机分为4个处理组,即对照组(3%鱼粉+0%大麦虫蛋白粉)、Ⅰ组(2%鱼粉+1%大麦虫蛋白粉)、Ⅱ组(1%鱼粉+2%大麦虫蛋白粉)、Ⅲ组(0%鱼粉+3%大麦虫蛋白粉)。每个处理组3个重复,每个重复10只猪(公母各半),试验期42 d。结果表明,整个试验期,Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组断奶仔猪平均日增重、料重比与对照组相比差异不显著;Ⅲ组断奶仔猪平均日增重、料重比与对照组相比差异显著;断奶仔猪平均日采食量各处理组间没有显著差异;Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组与Ⅲ组断奶仔猪腹泻率、死淘率与对照组相比差异均显著。结果表明,日粮中添加适量的大麦虫蛋白粉(1%~2%)替代部分鱼粉在一定程度上可改善断奶仔猪的生产性能和显著降低断奶仔猪的腹泻率和死淘率。
The experiment was conducted to study the effect of replacing fish meal with Zophobas morio protein powder in the diet on the growth performance of weaning piglets. A total of 120 weaning piglets were randomly divieded into four dietary treatments. Each treatment consisted of three replicates with ten pigs per replicate ( half male and half female). Four treatments were as follows: the control group (3% fish meal + 0% Z. mor/o protein powder), group I (2% fish meal + 1% Z. morio protein powder), group II (1% fish meal + 2% Z. rnor/o protein powder), group III (0% fish meal + 3% Z. morio protein powder). Results showed that, there were no significant differences among group I , group II and the control group on the average daily gain (ADG) and the feed to gain ratio (F/G), while the ADG and FIG of group III significantly decreased compared with the control group.There were no significant differences among different groups on the average daily feed intake (ADFI). Diarrhea rate and death and culling rate ofgroup I , group II and group III were significantly decreased compared with the control group. The results indicated that adding suitable amounts of Z mor/o protein powder (1%-2%) in diets could improve the growth performance, decrease diarrhea rate and death, and culling rate of weaning piglets.
