摘要
采用液相锈蚀实验方法(合成海水)考察了常用防锈剂和不同汽轮机油复合剂在不同基础油中的防锈性能。采用柱色谱分离技术对加氢基础油进行组分分离,得到饱和烃、芳烃和胶质组分,并考察了芳烃和胶质组分的防锈性能。结果表明,基础油组成不同,防锈剂和汽轮机油复合剂的防锈效果差异很大,并且某些类型防锈剂对汽轮机油的破乳化性能产生负面影响。加氢基础油中的芳烃组分对防锈性能有负面作用;加氢基础油光照后的氧化产物中含有羰基基团,对汽轮机油的防锈性能具有改善作用。
The anti-rust performances of complex additives as well as the anti-rust agents for turbine oil were examined by liquid rust test.By preparative chromatography,saturated hydrocarbons,aromatics and polar substances were separated from hydrogenated base oils.The anti-rust performance of aromatics and polar component was examined.The experiment results showed that anti-rust additives had different anti-rust performances in different base oils whose composition were varied from each other.It was also found that some anti-rust additives of turbine oil could have negative effects on demulsifying properties of the oil.Aromatics in base oil had a negative impact on the anti-rust performance of turbine oil.Resin fraction in base oil after irradiation contained more carbonyl groups,which had the function to improve anti-rust performance of turbine oil.
